Littlejamie made lamb roast.

Take lamb leg, wash it and rub it dry, cut little holes into the meat and squeeze pieces of garlic into the holes, pour olive oil onto the leg, rub it with salt and pepper and place it on roasting tray. Add a glass of white wine and a cup of tepid water into the tray, sprinkle some rosemary and marjoram onto the meat, then cover all with tin foil and put into the preheated oven (200°C) for 1.5 hours.

After the first 30 minutes uncover and turn the leg, then cover again and put back into oven; do the same after the next 30 minutes. When taking the leg out of the oven the third time, add early season potatoes which you've washed thoroughly but not peeled, add some more rosemary and marjoram and leave for another 30 minutes. After this, uncover and leave everything to roast for 20-30 mins. Make sure the sauce in the tray doesn't boil down. If it does, add some water. Sprinkle the lamb with the sauce every 10 mins until it has a nice brown crust.

You can also add some othe vegetables instead of the potatoes, or simply onions and whole garlic bulbs. Serve with green salad. Yum!
